Rick was licensed in 1983 and earned his Broker’s License in 1987. Along with his CRS (1988) and GRI (1985) designations he was a Broker Appraiser until 2005, and is still a PA Approved Real Estate Instructor. Rick served on the Board of Directors for PAR 1984–1987, 1996-2001, and also LVAR from 1996-2001 serving as President for 1999 and 2000. In 1986 Rick was awarded Realtor Associate of the Year by the Allentown-Lehigh County Board of Realtors. Rick has previously managed 5 offices throughout the Lehigh Valley and Pocono area. In addition, he has served on several local boards of non-profit community organizations. He is a graduate of Lehigh University. Rick and his wife Carol live in the West End of Allentown.

Greg has been a licensed Realtor since 1984 starting his career in Harrisburg, PA. He specializes in New Home Sales and Marketing and Land Development. His main focus is procuring land for the several builders RE/MAX Leading Edge represents. This includes raw, unimproved land, approved subdivisions, and fully improved building lots. He has represented builders in the sales and marketing of single family attached homes, town homes, duplexes, loft apartments, and condominiums. He has also marketed and sold fully improved building lots and farms. He is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University with both a BA and MRP (Master of Regional Planning) degree. He is happily married to his wife Barbara since 1976 with two grown children, Alina and Nicholas.

Matt has been a licensed Realtor since 1992. He started in real estate as a new homes and land consultant/salesman, working primarily for land developers and home builders in Lehigh, Northampton, and Berks Counties.

Throughout his career Matt has been an award winning agent, and a top producer in the Lehigh Valley. His real estate focus has included new home sales, land acquisition, resale, commercial and industrial sales, and consulting for developers and builders.

After years of consulting and representing developers and builders, Matt started Castle Builders, Inc. Since 1997 Castle has developed over 18 fine communities and projects throughout the Lehigh Valley.

Matt is a graduate of East Stroudsburg University and resides in Upper Macungie with his wife Kristi and his three children Adriana, Anthony and Aiden.

Dino Montes

Dino Montes is the builder for Nicholas Homes, a custom home building firm located in Upper Nazareth, PA. Nicholas Homes was incorporated in 2001. In addition to Nicholas Homes, Dino also owns several land development companies in the Lehigh Valley. He holds a business degree from Muhlenberg College and is a former construction supervisor/general contractor for local builders.

Nicholas Homes has been honored several times by the Lehigh Valley builders Association as part of its Awards for Professional Excellence program, including the Model Home over $300,000 award in 2005 and the award for the 3,000 to 4,000 square foot home up to $375,000 in 2006. In 2003, Dino was honored at a reception held by the homeowners at Rising Sun Farm Estates, a Nicholas Homes community, as a show of their appreciation for his commitment to them and their homes during and after the building process.

Dino and his family reside in Allentown.
